Increase Testosterone

This is something we are all after (or should be if we want to look better or consider ourselves an athlete)
Increasing testosterone has so many benefits: increasing strength, building muscle, losing fat, making us FEEL happier, yes, it is great for improving your mood.

Not to mention the sex! Sex feels so much better with higher testosterone and of course you will last longer and satisfy your significant other much more.

Increase testosterone is starting to sound a bit better now, isn’t it? I’ve done previous articles on low testosterone, and of course increasing Testosterone levels through the use of anabolics, and hell, I’ve even done one on what foods have been proven to increase testosterone levels.

But I’m going to speak about how to increase testosterone.

There are many ways to increase testosterone

Eating the right foods at the right time also increase testosterone and lower cortisol.

Good quality fish oil such as omega 3’s again increase testosterone.

There’s so many ways to increase testosterone, believe it or not watching sports can even increase it. Of course you need to be one of those lunatics like me that when watching his football team screams out and gets angry, feeling excited the entire time but it’s been shown to increase testosterone by up to 40% during this time! Scary, really.

Just ask my girlfriend– if Liverpool win she’s on her back within seconds! If they lose however, I don’t see the guy in a few days! But jokes aside, I just wanted to point out how many different things can affect our testosterone levels.

All of these things can increase our testosterone and when done together it can leave you looking big, muscular, strong and of course ripped.
